1. Membership and Access

UPWARD memberships, day passes, and room reservations are subject to availability, house rules, and staff confirmation where required.

2. Space Use

Members are expected to use shared areas respectfully, keep noise at a professional level, and comply with all safety, security, and visitor policies published by the operations team.

3. Billing

Charges for bookings, extensions, memberships, add-ons, and retail items must be settled through approved payment channels. Overdue balances may limit future access.

4. Liability

UPWARD is not liable for unattended personal items. Members remain responsible for their equipment, data security, and the conduct of guests they invite into the space.

5. Policy Updates

Operational rules may change as the workspace evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and in member communications where applicable.
