1. Validity: This pass expires after the stated number of consecutive calendar days even if unused. 2. Reservations: Membership does not guarantee a workspace. Every visit requires a confirmed booking and remains subject to availability, capacity, operating hours, and booking limits. 3. Credits: Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, do not roll over, and expire with the pass. Timely cancellations may restore credits; late cancellations and no-shows consume them. 4. Unlimited access: Unlimited means no usage charge for eligible access, subject to fair-use rules and availability. 5. Wi-Fi: Access is for the registered member and authorized devices only. Sharing, resale, unlawful use, and security abuse are prohibited. 6. Refunds and suspension: Activated or used passes are generally non-refundable. UPWARD may suspend access for fraud, misuse, policy violations, or unpaid charges. 7. Privacy: Booking, payment, access, and Wi-Fi usage records are processed for operations, accounting, security, and support.
